Ingredients:-

rohu fish - 7 pc’s
Raw banana - 1
Raw papaya - 100 g
Potato - 1 medium size
Tomato purée - 1 medium
Ginger and green chili paste - 1 tbsp
Coriander powder - 1 tsp
Cumin powder - 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Extra slitted green chili - 3
Cented lemon leaves - 4 ( optional )
Garam masala powder - 1/4 tsp
Mustard oil - 2 tbsp
Bay leave - 1
Dry red chili -
Panch foron - 1 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
