The Outsider - Dark Souls Lore: Quelana

There seem to be multiple ways to make Quelana appear outside of a +10 pyromancy flame. What these conditions are, however, are unknown at the moment. So - if anyone knows... fill us in! :)

Another note: Ceaseless Discharge is in constant pain, as noted by the Orange Charred Ring. This isn't mentioned in the video as Quelana only refers to her sisters as being in pain... unless there's something we (and Miyazaki) don't know about Ceaseless... that's why I left him out.
