Hey!! Sorry this is a bit late but I haven't been feeling well lately. I finally got this done and am continuing on my weight loss journey. I hope to continue as long as I can. Even though this isn't the most expensive diet out there it still isn't cheap. I wish diet food would be more affordable. This diet definitely works so I would recommend it if you can afford it. I look thinner and am seeing myself shrink over time. I still have a long way to go but I am happy with the progress I've made so far. My initial goal is to be under 200 pounds.
