I am currently on a health journey, not only for myself; but also for others. This journey has started slowly but each stepping stone is leading me in the right direction. As this new adventure starts begins my search for ‘healthier’ options. Having healthier options around me helps to resist the temptation for the junk I don’t need to be ingesting every day. Educating yourself on what you are eating can aid in a healthier lifestyle. Imagine how your body will feel when you feed it with what it actually needs. Understanding our bodies can bring us closer to feeling nourished; helping our immunity and also improving cognitive functions as well.
