There is Risk with any kind of investment and property investing is not immune to this, in this section we look at some of the many many risk that a property investor should be aware of, in this video we look at political risk.


As a full time property developer and landlord, it worries me that many of the YouTube learning videos on property are little more than an advert for overly expensive courses that often promote high risk investment strategies. While I am not saying that those schemes can never work, I am saying that anyone wanting to start investing in property must learn and know the fundamentals of the property business.

A wise person once said to me ‘don’t learn the trick of the trade, learn the trade’.
