Budget DIY 4 Tire Inflation Part Sheet and Instructions

Note: The instructions below are made for mid-size suvs (4Runner, Pathfinder, Explorer, Outback, 2 door Wranglers, etc) If you have a longer/wider vehicle change the 2x 25’ 3/8” hoses to 2x 50’ hoses and cut accordingly!

INSTRUCTIONS

1) Take 1 of your 25' hoses and cut it in half at 12.5 feet. Add the lock on air chucks to the threaded fittings and set aside. These are your long hoses to reach your rear tires.

2) Measure and mark 6 feet from the threaded fittings on each end and cut. Add the lock on air chucks to the threaded fittings and set aside. These are your short hoses to reach your front tires.

3) You should now have a 13 feet of hose without threaded fittings on the either end. Cut this hose in half, it will be the leads for each side coming off of the tee manifold.

4) Tighten the 2 tees together as pictured in the video. Insert the 1/4” MNPT to 3/8” barbs on the bottom 2 holes of the tee. Tighten the air pressure gauge to the hole on the top tee. Attach the shut off valve to the remaining hole and the 1/4” quick disconnect fitting to that.

5) Attach the 6.5 foot hoses without threaded fittings to the barbs on the bottom of the manifold and secure with hose clamps. Add the 3/8” barbed tee fittings to the bottom of these leads and attach with hose clamps.

6) From the bottom tee barb fittings on each side attach the longest hoses that end with the lock on air chucks and secure with hose clamps. From the remaining tees on each side attach the short hoses that end with lock on air chucks and secure with hose clamps.

7) Test for leaks and enjoy!
