1 Cup Curd / Dahi
Salt to Taste
water
Chopped Veggies of your choice (I used, onion, tomato, capsicum, carrot)
Green chillis
Tadka ( Oil, Mustard seeds & Curry Leaves)
baking Soda 1/4 TSP
Oil/Butter

FOR CHUTNEY: Tender coconut, Roasted peanuts, green Chillies, Salt to taste, Grind it well by adding little water then for tempering the chutney use oil, mustard seeds and curry leaves)
