The 2025 Condo Conference brought the condominium community together at the Toronto Congress Centre.

With over 3,100 attendees, 285 exhibitors, and more than 80 sponsors, the conference delivered two full days of education, discussion, and networking. Sessions and panels addressed key topics across the condominium industry, with speakers sharing insight on governance, legal matters, finance, operations, and building management.

Sponsors and exhibitors played a central role throughout the conference, supporting the sessions, show floor, and networking spaces that made the event possible.

The Condo Conference hosted by both the Association of Condominium Managers of Ontario (ACMO) and the Toronto & Area Chapter of the Canadian Condominium Institute (CCI-T) in Toronto, Ontario. It is among the largest gathering of condominium owners, directors, property managers and industry service providers in Canada.
