The inventory scanner's BitLocker settings allow for the automated collection and secure storage of BitLocker recovery keys from BitLocker-encrypted Windows devices. Accessing Recovery Keys: Within the device management interface, under Device Actions, selecting Encryption Key reveals the list of Recovery Key IDs associated with the device. Each Recovery Key ID is a unique identifier for a BitLocker recovery key tied to a specific device or encrypted drive. Devices may have multiple Recovery Key IDs if several BitLocker keys are present.

Supporting Device Unlock: In cases where standard authentication fails (such as forgotten passwords or corrupted TPM), administrators can retrieve the required recovery key from the system and provide it to the user, enabling them to unlock their BitLocker-encrypted device and regain access.
