Gin Mojito Cocktail (Southside Fizz)

The Southside Fizz is basically a Mojito made with Gin but with a few differences. Unlike the classic Mojito, instead of just lime juice, this Gin Mojito calls for lemon AND lime juice. Everything else is basically the same: mint, sugar syrup, citrus, gin and of course it’s topped with some bubbly soda water.

A very refreshing drink, great for hot summer days!

10 Mint Leaves
3/4 oz Simple Syrup
1/2 oz Lime Juice
1/2 oz Lemon Juice
2 oz Gin
Top with Soda
