Today we are making delicious Double Chocolate Fudge Brownies. They are crispy, chewy and moist. Double chocolate gives you more rich flavor. Give it a try! :)

Ingredients:
Dutch-Process Coca Powder 25g
Dark Chocolate (72%Cocoa) 140g
Milk Chocolate 60g
Granulated White Sugar 50g
Dark Brown Sugar 75g
All Purpose Flour 70g
Unsalted Butter 100g
Eggs 3 each
Salt 3g
Vanilla Extract 2g
Instant Coffee Liquid 5g (Instant coffee 2g + Hot Water 3g)

Notice:
1. Preheat the oven at least 10 minutes before baking.
2. Prepare 5g instant coffee liquid before start.
3. Prepare an 8"x8" inches baking pan by greased with butter, and lined with parchment paper.
2. Light brown sugar is good too.
3. Refrigerate it overnight for better taste.
