I don't have many solo training experiences---parkour has always been "a way to spend good time with good people" for me, but this pandemic has forced me to get out on my own much more, find little corners to train at, set up the tripod and see what happens. I've enjoyed these solo experiences a lot. There's very little performance pressure to deal with, you see and undertake the challenges very naturally and organically, and I found it to be very meditative. The world has never seemed so empty before, it's not often you train somewhere completely alone with no one around. It's been kind of surreal honestly. Anyway, I've definitely gotten some nice training in these last couple of weeks, and I'm stoked to share it with you guys.
