Resolve the issue of the vw not starting up, "Stearing Column Lock Defective".

If you are facing the same issue, please try to disconnect the car's Battery for about 5 mins or more. Then connect it again, and give it another try.

In my case, I am having this issue in my VW CC 2010 car and it gets the issue resolved. But the issue arises back after some days.

I also noticed that this happens directly whenever I leave the car in a non-shaded place under direct sun heat.
