Here is the detailed recipe of Quick Oreo modak recipe:-

For filling:-
Cream from 250g Oreo biscuits
3 tbsp dessicated coconut
1 tbsp roasted Pistachios powder
1tbsp milk ( if required)

For the Outer crust:-
-250 g Oreo biscuits
2-3 tbsp milk ( Consistency as shown in recipe)
instead of milk you can add condensed milk in same quantity.

Garnish with : Gold / Silver leaf

Method :-
-Separate Oreo cream & cookies
-Add desiccated coconut, chopped roasted pistachios to the cream & mix it well & make small balls of it.
-Finely crush the Oreo cookies. Add milk & make it a dough.( as shown)
-Make modaks using the dough & stuff it with the cream pistachio filling.
-Coat the modaks with crushed pistachios if want to and add some gold / silver leaf to it.
