Ingredients:
2 pounds Sauerkraut (can be with carrots)
1/2 fresh shredded cabbage
Rack of pork ribs
15 dry plums (prunes)
1/2 cup of dry mushrooms
Salt & pepper
Marjoram
3 bay leaves
4 all spice
Small can of tomato paste
8 oz of bacon
1 big polish or hunter sausage
1/2 cup of red wine
1/2 cup of chicken stock
