You receive bulk ingredients from third-party suppliers and want to further inspect their quality. A batch of containers (drums, octabins, bags, big-bags, etc.) may vary in quantity and size, but the laboratory requires a standard package size representing the entire batch.

The system we have developed will automatically recalculate the size of each sub-sample, so that the total amount of bulk ingredients in the packages delivered to the laboratory is comparable. Collection is done using a suction lance and vacuum system, based on weight. You can also collect samples from different depths of containers. After the samples are collected, they are dropped into tightly fitted plastic bags, which are taken to the laboratory and to storage.
