Water Freedom have watched this and asked us to make the following clear re the TDS system….

Just want to clarify one point. The TDS meter measures total dissolved solids. A dissolved solid is anything smaller than 0.2 micron and can be of any substance…organic, mineral, metal, etc. However, the TDS meter doesn’t measure contaminants at a molecular level. So, a reading of zero on the TDS meter doesn’t guarantee that you have pure water. To be completely certain of the water safety you would need a full laboratory analysis to be done. We’re hoping our new undersink system will reliably provide something very near to pure water, with almost everything that isn’t hydrogen or oxygen stripped out, although the remineralisation process we’re including will mean a likely TDS reading of around 25 to 30.
