Fried Chicken Recipe

Ingredients List

1kg chicken drumsticks (or thighs)
1 tbsp oil
1 tsp garlic powder
Salt and black pepper to taste
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 tbsp seasoning blend (recipe up in a few days) green seasoning is also great

For batter
2 cups plain flour + 1 tbsp cornstarch / corn flour / potato starch
Season flour to taste

For wet batter use 3 tbsp of the dry seasoned flour mix
1 egg
1/2 cup milk or water

Oil for frying

Always taste and adjust seasonings to your own preference as my recipes only act as a guide. Individual tastebuds are different and substitutions can be made throughout. Terri
