MY HAIR IS FALLING OUT 😱😳

Hey!

I never thought i'd be filming an episode where i'd be showing you clumps of my hair, but this was a really important one to capture as it can be very common post pregnancy, and if you're going through the same thing, it's ok & very normal!!

After 9 months of pregnancy and everything else we have to deal with after giving birth, you'd think we'd get a break!! 😂
