In this video we learned
1. How to update the property name in existing modal class and update it to the database
2. How to rename the property name in existing modal class and update it to the database
3. How to add new property in existing modal class and update it to the database

there are two ways we can do so
1. by adding new migration
in this process we run the following two commands in package-manager console
a. Add-Migration MigrationName
b. Update-Database

2. by just running the command "Update-Database" in package-manager console
but to make this command work , we have to set two properties to true in configuration.cs under migrations folder which are
a. AutomaticMigrationsEnabled = true;
b. AutomaticMigrationDataLossAllowed = true;
