Author Surender Mohan Pathak says that the number of readers of Hindi literature and books is diminishing by the day and that an author of Hindi books cannot earn enough to even manage his/her expenses. Mr Pathak adds that it is disheartening that the region where Hindi is spoken has an abysmal number of readers of Hindi books. (Audio in Hindi)
