Historical Presets & Divisions ONLY IN HOI4

Historical presets are a really cool idea, and mean that you can have tanks and planes in HOI4 without having to learn the designer. So let's find out if they are any good - PLUS let's also assess REAL historical divisions, to find out how dumb moustache an really was.
