Autorka powieści i dramatów. Urodziła się 3 lipca 1983 w Wejherowie. Rozpoczynała studia na wydziale psychologii Uniwersytetu Gdańskiego, a następnie na kulturoznawstwie na Uniwersytecie Warszawskim. Sporadycznie drukowano jej wiersze, regularnie natomiast pojawiały się w swoim czasiejej felietony w "Przekroju" w rubryce "Z krainy pazłotka" oraz recenzje książek w "Wysokich Obcasach" (sobotni dodatek "Gazety Wyborczej").

Novelist and playwright, born on the 3rd of July, 1983 in Wejherowo. Dorota Masłowska's career began with the publication of several poems while she was still a student at Gdańsk University. While a student of cultural studies at Warsaw University, she enjoyed a great deal of success with her first novel, Snow White and Russian Red (Wojna polsko-ruska pod flagą biało-czerwoną) and soon became a regular columnist for some of Poland's most respected weeklies and monthlies.
