► Are these patches compatibile with the new Microkorg VST?
Yes! You can easily import the PRG files (which you will find in the downloaded folder) into new Microkorg VST.

► How to import these patches into original hardware synth?
It's easy. You need a MIDI-USB Interface and a free software. If you are a MAC user - try SYSEX Librarian. If you use PC, try MIDI OX or MIDI Sysex Transfer for Windows.

Remember to turn off the write protection on your MicroKorg: press shift + 8, then turn the first parameter knob to OFF, then press the shift again.

► In what format will I receive the files?
In the downloaded folder you will find the soundbank created using two different formats: SysEx (whole bank in one file) and PRG (separate patches).

► I own MicroKorg XL. Can I use these patches?
Patches are compatibile with MicroKorg S and Korg MS 2000 Series. Unfortunatelly MicroKorg XL is a different sound engine.

► Which slots will be filled with patches?
The pathes will fill the slots from A11 to A75. The rest will be filled with init patches. Here you can save your own version of the sounds :) Important note for Korg MS2000 users: MicroKorg's bank 1A is in Bank A 1-8 on the MS2000, and Bank 1B on the MicroKorg is in Bank E 1-8 on the MS2000.
