Independence of the Seas: 2012 Transatlantic Lifeboat Testing

On Tuesday December 4th 2012 the Independence of the Seas arrived in Nassau Bahamas following her transatlantic voyage from Southampton England. Following SOLAS regulations all of the ships starboard lifeboats were lowered and fully tested to ensure they are fully functional. During this test session all of the ships emergency alarms are sounded and the crew must man their emergency stations.
