Test Driving & Tuning my CAMMED 4.8 Silverado: I called in the EXPERTS!

The last piece of the puzzle on the 4.8 build is getting the PCM tuned to work with all the new parts we installed, and optimize the engine to make as much power as possible. On our 4.8 we installed a 220/224 camshaft, headers, and a ton of other parts that affect how it will run, and so it needs to be tuned in order to let the engine run properly. I have tuned a few trucks myself, but certainly do not consider myself an expert, but luckily I do know a few professional tuners. In this episode, we start the tuning process, learn a few lessons, and ultimately consult a professional to get this baby 4.8 dialed in and ready to hit the dyno.
