I made a big batch, so I’m using the new @foodsaver Elite All-in-One Liquid+ Vacuum Sealer, that now works with liquids, to save what I’m not going to use this weekend. BUT… chips and salsa is my weakness, so who knows?! 😀 #ad #foodsaver

Ingredients:
4 ripe tomatoes
1 red onion
3 garlic cloves
2 jalapenos
1/3 cup fresh cilantro
1 fresh lime juice
3 tsp ground cumin
3 tsp sugar (optional)
1 1/2 tsp salt
15 oz San Marzano tomatoes

Instructions:
Place the tomatoes, onion, garlic, peppers, cilantro, lime juice, cumin, sugar (if using), and salt in a food processor. Pulse until the contents are fine and well blended.
Pour in the crushed tomatoes. Puree until mostly smooth.
Taste, then adjust seasoning if desired.
Refrigerate until ready to serve
