Another Eden - Utpalaka Short Review

Short review on Utpalaka. He doesn't really need Stellar awakening and has a unique(for now) triple end of turn attack.

His stacks may confuse but to put into simpler terms, it's 3 types
Self stack, needed for EOT (Dragon echo, max 3)
EOT stack on enemies, needed for increasing skill mods (Clawscar, max 10)
Guard stack (stellar burst only stack, max 1)

Purgatorians sure make for bad body guards.

Unfortunately, I didn't pull him, would have loved to try using Arcadia Earth exposed Team on Kaputnik. Review done with help from friends in discord who got him.
