A little different trip today...we go to the country! Starting at a suburb on the edge of Newcastle called Edgeworth we head up to the highest point in the area called Mount Sugarloaf! We never get snow here but my wife remembers a few times in her childhood where snow appeared on Mount Sugarloaf....perhaps the name! Mount Sugarloaf is a very important aboriginal site. It was an important place in the life of a young adolescent boy who had to spend the night on this high spot to prove he is ready for manhood. This one is a bit longer but Enjoy the ride.
