Sugar Mill Creek at Lake Burton is a private, gated, resort-style community, with 51 park model tiny home sites over the 12 acre property. We strive to provide outstanding service, numerous activities, and upscale amenities for our homeowners and their guests.

There’s no need to make things hard. We usually have a turn-key home or two available for you to tour and purchase for immediate occupancy. Yes, that’s right, the home is already built, placed on the lot, skirted, and landscaped – all ready for you to put the key in the door and call it yours.

Moving into a tiny home community is a big choice, so come stay a bit and take a test drive. We currently have two Berry model homes in our community that we offer to our prospective residents to come visit and experience tiny home life. In addition to our tiny homes, we also have a three bedroom luxury apartment in the top of the clubhouse.
