Level 29 is actually a secret route for Level 19. You need 20 Relic to access it from the secret Warp Room.

It is this route that you can not only find the level's challenge Gem, but you can also find the missing crates, here, allowing you to get the crate Gem once the end of this route takes you back to the level's main route. Though you'll have to do some aggressive backtracking after that happens.

Afterwards, as of this playthrough, I've finally completed Future Frenzy 100%!
