SEGA Classics Collection - PS2 - Puzzle & Action: Tant-R - Story Mode Full Playthrough

This is a 2004 remake of an early 90s arcade game. You play various timed mini-games across four stages, strung together with a story involving Sherlock Holmes chasing an escaped criminal.

In each stage you have to defeat all of the criminal's henchmen, beating four minigames defeats a henchman, the henchmen increase by one after every stage. In-between main stages there's a bonus stage, where you fly a plane and try to pick up balloons for an extra life.

It's very easy to lose lives in this game. You will always lose a life if you run out of time, but sometimes just messing up a puzzle will cost a life, even if you eventually solve it in time. You start with three lives per continue and can earn more, it's possible to play with unlimited continues, but I capped mine at five for this playthrough. It's my first time reaching the end of the game.

I'm playing the original disc on a 60GB PS3. I'm PAL region hence the 50 fps, 50 Hz display setting might look smoother for that.
