We need our phones much more today than we ever did. But are we setting ourselves up for potential problems in future?

Mobile phones might be a necessity today but are cell phones dangerous? Can one answer the question: are cell phones safe?

I have attempted to answer these questions in this video presentation. Technology is dynamic. Cell phone technology is dynamic too.

Is yesterday's cell phone technology applicable to today's cell phones in use. If anything can we trust today's cell phone technology as being superior in terms of health protection.

Cell phones have taken over our lives. We sleep less as we prefer to spend more time with our smartphones. Not getting enough sleep is just one aspect of the cell phone health risks.

There is research evidence to show that overuse of cell phones (smartphones) is leading to memory issues. People who spend more time on their phones seem to have memory recall problems compared to folks who spend less time on their smart phones.

I realize that because we have become so dependent on our mobile phones, it is difficult to live without them. So, I have come up with some suggestions on how you could use technology to protect yourself.
