A practical, anchor Ash Sans-Culotte stun TOD that can be done anywhere, following patch 1.62.

Several things to note:

1.) Quick max cancel into s.D, shatterstrike, run up s.D, b+B, c.A, [b]f+B is required to contribute optimal stun.

2.) After the triple heavy fireballs tailing from Sans-Culotte's end, the heavy flash kick xx lvl 1 ball super follow up sequence contributes the most stun. Unfortunately you still have to do the b+D, heavy flash kick to secure the stun.

3.) I wasn't able to find a finisher that wouldn't require one meter (2 EX moves) to secure the kill.

With the nerfs done to his damage and stun following Patch 1.62, although Ash can still stun TOD, it would require practically all of his resources to secure kills along with additional layers of execution demanding inputs. As mentioned in the comments of a previous video, the outdated combos are still an option, provided that you already dealt some damage to the opponent. Without a doubt, Ash leans more towards having to be an anchor pick in order to get the most use out of his current kit.
