If you’re a CDL driver that’s regulated by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration and you’re wondering if you have to register for the Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse…

The short answer is no. You are not REQUIRED to register.

Although, there are definitely a few good reasons why you SHOULD register.

For your OWN BENEFIT you should register. (make your life easier)
