Come into ALDI with me see what I bought for a week of groceries for my family of 5. I always use items from my pantry/freezer as well. I share my dinner meal plan at the end.
Also, I do NOT buy my groceries exclusively at ALDI, but they're the first place I try and my favorite to shop at.

Vegetable Soup - I don't use a recipe, I will film it someday. Basically, crockpot of veggie broth, 2 cans of diced tomatoes with juices, 1 or 2 small cans tomato sauce, whatever frozen veggies/canned veggies/leftover veggies you want. It really varies for me, never looks the same. I have it on low all day. I heavily season with salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, red pepper flakes, bay leaves, and especially italian seasoning. All my scent and it has to look REALLY speckled. Near the end you can add in cooked noodles or rice if you want (I only do if I have leftovers)
