This video shows how to perform a service AH
on a OM654 engine equipped Mercedes.
This particular one is a 2018 E220d.

In Mercedes terminology or codes a service AH equals:
Motoroil + filter + Coolant replacement.
Your Mercedes will show you in the ASSYST PLUS menu what type of service you'll have to perform next time and when it's due. As mentioned each service has some kind of letter/letter or single letter code. I have acces to and extended list of what these codes involves, so feel free to ask for at specific code.
Note, that there're differences between what the services involves, if it's a petrol/gas or diesel, even if the codes are the same.

You’ll need:

6 to 6.5 liter 229.52 motor oil (this varies, start with 6 liter and read the level)
6,5 liter of G40 antifreeze MB 326.0
Oil filter A6541801100
Drain plug A0029902017
A vacuum colant filler.
And some patience…
Remember to test drive to operating temperature and re-check fluid levels. Oil level when hot trough the service menu (no dipstick, thanks for the BS Mercedes) and coolant when cold.
