She expresses what some of her feedback has been on the stage and how she had to fight against her body to prepare for the Arnold. Jennifer tells us how she lets go completely during the off season while keeping her goals in mind so she can be ready to kill long preps with the pro point system to qualify for the O. She also tells us who told her to start wearing her hair naturally! Jennifer talks to us about whether a boob job is necessary to do well, how she keeps her gut health, why butter tarts are her secret weapon, and how she has learned which foods work best for her body.
