JustAnswer Customer: I have a Maytag Bravos Ecoconserve top loading washer that just stopped working the other day.

JustAnswer Customer: Right before this happened, the last load or two would wash but not spin.

JustAnswer Customer: When it first started to wear out, when it was sensing a load, it would make this grinding noise, then when it was supposed to spin the load, it wouldn't.
JustAnswer Customer: It would just make a clicking noise and then about 10-15 minutes later, the lid would unlock and the chime would go off saying it was done but when you pulled the clothes out, they are soaking wet.
JustAnswer Customer: We tried to turn it on the other day and the lid locks and it makes this clicking noise and then we can not get the lid to unlock.
JustAnswer Customer: We literally have to unplug it to get it to unlock the lid

JustAnswer Customer: The lid lock light comes on but it’s won’t start the cycle.
JustAnswer Customer: Then it will not let you pause it to unlock the lid so we have to unplug it to get it to reset to open it back up

JustAnswer Customer: It turns on, the lid lock light comes on, then makes a sounds likes it’s trying to sense and then the lid lock light kicks off and and then comes back on and does it again and now it’s just flashing

Master Tech: Master Technician: ok so the lid is in fact locked but the lid lock light is flashing telling you the electronic control board does not see that the lid is in fact locked.
