Baqar Eid Special Recipe of Mutton Chinnioti Kunna with Homemade kunna masala/ Matka Gosht

Kunna Masala:

(Whole Spices):-
------------------------
1Tb whole black pepper
1.5 Tb Black Cumin
2/3 Cinnamon sticks
2 to 3 Maze
2/3 Black Cardamom
1 Star Anis
3/4 Green Cardamom

Roast all spices and grind.

Powder Spices:
-----------------------
1Ts Turmeric
1Tb Kashmiri Red Chilli
1Tb Red Chilli Powder
1Tb Roasted Coriander Powder
1Ts Whole Spice Powder
1 Bay Leave

Mix powder spices and grinded spices together.

Other Ingredients:-
!kg Mutton
2 Med size Onion
2Tb Ginger Garlic Paste
4/5 Tb Flour


Method:-
Put half cup of oil in handi and add chopped onion and ginger garlic paste, fry for few minutes and add meat. Fry for 5 minutes and add 4 to 5 Tb Kunna Masala, salt as per taste. Add 7 to 8 glass of water and seal its
cover either with flour dough or foil paper. Let it cook on slow flame for 1 to 2 hours or till the meat tender.
in the mean time roast flour in pan for few minutes and then add wter to make running batter. When meat tender then add this flour mixture till it thicken. Let it cook for 15 to 20 minutes on slow flame. Add coriander and green chilli.
