A healthy and relaxing evening routine really is everything when it comes to boosting happiness in our day to day life! I usually start my night time routine by cooking a healthy dinner for my family/my boyfriend and me. Now that it is spring, I love to use fresh garden and wild herbs like bear's garlic, dandelion, daisies and chives and lots of veggies of course. After dinner I love to go on a nature walk in the forest to get some fresh air, do sports and wind down. After that I switch of my phone for a phone free evening and when I have time, I enjoy to take a relaxing hot bath. Sometimes I do yoga before bed to move, stretch and calm down. I also like to read and when the light is switched off, I do my daily gratitude meditation. Gratitude is super important for a happy, fulfilled life and helps me to see everything in a more optimistic way and maintaIin great mental health.
