Ford ACM (Audio Control Module) No Sound, Flashing Clock / TIme , Popping Noise

Today we have a 2011 Ford F150 ACM (Audio Control Module) that stopped working. The customer said the clock would just flashs nd there was no sound from the speakers. These modules are very similar across other models. They can have popping noises coming from the speakers too.
