Hi friends here I am sharing a a healthy dosai recipe, vendhaya Dosai. Here dosa batter is prepared with rice and healthy fenugreek seeds (vendayam) in a particular ratio. Fenugreek seeds is very rich in fibre and iron, very healthy with lots of medicinal values, particularly very good for diabetics, regular intake of fenugreek in a particular quantity reduces extra cholesterol levels .
