1. With long mixing rotor designed especially for highly filled masterbatch and color masterbatch, materials can be sheared with a strong force. A new continuous mixing method can help achieve high-dispersion mixing of materials and high-filling mixing. Such as: PP / PE + 90% talcum powder. PP/PE+ 92% calcium carbonate.

2. With single-spindle rotor, low-temperature materials with the melting temperature of 80 °C -150 °C can be sheared softly in a new continuous mixing way.

3. To improve the wear resistance of the equipment, dual alloy manufacturing technology, combining the advantages of the high strength of common alloy steels and the resistance of hard alloy materials, is applied in the making of mixer rotors and cylinders

4. The mixer uses a new sealing device to strengthen the sealing performance of the internal cavity of the mixer so that there is no leakage of powder or leakage at both ends of the mixer chamber.
