These are the two different ginger teas that I drink EVERY night to help stimulate my migrating motor complex and prevent bloating. Ginger is STRONG stuff when it comes to de-bloating!

My Ginger Tea Recipe:
Ingredients:
-1 inch fresh ginger, sliced
-1/2 lemon

1. Add the lemon, ginger and 8 oz. of water to a pot over medium heat. Reduce the heat to a simmer once it starts to boil.
2. Simmer for 10 minutes and allow to cool slightly before drinking.
