This is a Daikin condenser unit model R25AVI from 1990. This unit came from my granparent's house.

I'm going to be using this and some other parts for my cooling tower project. I don't need the compressor, so in this video, you can see me removing that heavy a** compressor, and cleaning the condensor coils, which i'm gonna be using.

If you want to clean your aircon coils using the method i used, be sure to brush the fins perpendicular to their pattern or you might risk bending the fins.
