It was fun and exciting to create this build. I've never played totems before, but this time I liked it. Storm Burst Totems Hierophant is probably my strongest league starter in Path of Exile. Most likely i will start 3.24 Necropolis league with this build. I worked on this video for more than a week, and I hope that you liked it and don't forget to read NOTES in pob!
