SEATED YOGA STRETCH PRACTICE with minimal cues. A 30 minute yoga stretch practice designed for experienced students who don't need alignment reminders. This intermediate yoga deep stretch focuses on seated postures including forward folds and twists. We also go into pigeon stretch to open the hips and move to our knees for back bending in camel pose. Minimal cues yoga allows you to focus on breath and your inner journey through this stretch to relieve stress.
