Board to Death- Josh Weaver (Royal Thunder) | EarthQuaker Devices

This new episode of Board to Death features Josh Weaver, lead guitarist in Royal Thunder. Royal Thunder is a rock band based in Atlanta, Georgia, and we got a chance to sit down with Josh at the EQD studio to talk about pedals when the band came through Akron back in July 2023. Josh gives us some great insight on how he likes to use pedals in his live show, and also raves about about the versatility of the Plumes Signal Shredder.. and how great it sounds stacked with the Hoof Fuzz!

Josh also has a small tabletop rig to create ambient drones as transitions during his live show, running a synth app from his iPad that feeds through a small chain of pedals, including the Astral Destiny and Disaster Transport Legacy Reissue.
