When designing a guitar pick, we begin with a simple sketch.
The idea must then be translated into an image.
We create a 3D model of the new pick and create a technical drawing.
Following this, we order prototypes from a 3D printer.
Usually, these prototypes look quite ugly, but this method is useful for testing the shape and size of the guitar pick.
After 3 or 4 loops, we start the injection molding process.
This is a long process that takes several months, but the wait is entirely worthwhile.
Once the injection mold is completed, we can produce the final product in large quantities.
The final product includes all the textures, polished areas, and the logo.
The most rewarding part is seeing the final guitar picks in the packaging, placing us in the shoes of our customers when they receive the picks for the first time.
